- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the spring rolls)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, onions, and garlic, and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch to the skillet and stir to combine. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the mixture cool.
