- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Set up a breading station by placing the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another shallow dish, and the breadcrumbs mixed with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a third shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken piece in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it in the eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to make sure it sticks.
- Place the breaded chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
