Blueberry Muffins

Bonjour! Join Sophie Dubois in her kitchen as she whips up a delightful batch of Blueberry Muffins. With their fluffy texture and bursts of sweet blueberries, these muffins are sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat together the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the milk.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
