Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Bonjour! Join Sophie Dubois in her kitchen as she shares her recipe for irresistible Air Fryer Chicken Tenders. With a crispy exterior and tender interior, these tenders are sure to please even the pickiest eaters.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Set up a breading station by placing the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another shallow dish, and the breadcrumbs mixed with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a third shallow dish.
  3. Dip each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it in the eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to make sure it sticks.
  4. Place the breaded chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
  5. Cook the chicken tenders for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Once the chicken tenders are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot. Enjoy!

Voilà! Sophie Dubois's Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are ready to enjoy. Whether you're serving them as a snack, appetizer, or main course, these golden-brown delights are sure to be a hit. Bon appétit!
