- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon biryani spice blend
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup diced mixed vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, jalapeno, and ginger and cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
