Ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - 2 metal or bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the tofu cubes in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto the skewers, making sure not to overcrowd the skewers.
- Place the tofu skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
- Cook the tofu skewers for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are browned and crispy.
- Once the tofu skewers are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot. Enjoy!
