Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 metal or bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the chicken cubes in a large bowl and brush the olive oil mixture over them, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Thread the seasoned chicken cubes, bell pepper cubes, and onion cubes onto the skewers, alternating between the different ingredients and making sure not to overcrowd the skewers.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Place the kebabs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
- Cook the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot. Enjoy!
