Air Fryer Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 olive oil cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, garam masala, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic to make the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Lightly spray the chicken breasts with olive oil cooking spray.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
  6. Cook the chicken breasts for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and caramelized.
  7. Once the chicken breasts are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot. Enjoy!
