Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 0.5 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, garam masala, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Lightly spray the chicken breasts with olive oil cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
- Cook the chicken breasts for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are cooked through and caramelized.
