Air Fryer Onion Rings

Hey there, foodies! Join Henrik Lund in his kitchen as he shares his recipe for delicious Air Fryer Onion Rings. With a perfectly crispy coating and sweet onion inside, these rings are sure to be a hit at any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Set up a breading station by placing the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another shallow dish, and the breadcrumbs mixed with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a third shallow dish.
  3. Dip each onion slice in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it in the eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the onion slice in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to make sure it sticks.
  4. Place the breaded onion slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the basket.
  5. Cook the onion rings for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once the onion rings are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot. Enjoy!

That's a wrap for Henrik Lund's Air Fryer Onion Rings! Whether you enjoy them as a snack or a side dish, these crispy delights are guaranteed to please. Dig in and enjoy!
